Stephanie Harvey


Stephanie Harvey is a Program Analyst who is a part of the support team for the Research Plans and Programs Division of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command at Fort Detrick. She provides analytical and technical support to projects specified by the department and researches, identifies, and executes tasks. She is also currently the Project Lead for the updating/editing/producing S&T Planning, Programming and Budgeting Desk Book. She is employed by General Dynamics Information Technology.


Stephanie is currently enrolled in the graduate program at Hood College, attending on-campus classes to acquire her MBA. She is also enrolled with Villanova University to acquire a Masters Certificate in Government Contracting. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from American Intercontinental University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.


She currently is a member of the Staff/Parrish Committee at Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church in Boonsboro, MD where she also teaches Sunday School for toddlers. Beginning in January, Stephanie has been appointed to be on the Board of Directors for the Mt. Nebo preschool. Stephanie is the proud mother of two boys ages 3 and 17 months who can be credited for giving her the motivation to be the best person she knows how to be.
