Diane Yarnell


Diane Yarnell is the Recruiting Department Manager for a Frederick-based small woman-owned business. Diane performs one of the toughest jobs in the defense industry – recruitment. In 2002, she joined Grove Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) in Frederick, Maryland, as a recruiter and quickly progressed to manager of the department. Her responsibilities include the daily sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing qualified engineering and technical candidates for strategic positions in defense. In addition to training and managing her relentless five-person team, Diane has used her considerable talents to build and maintain an enviable database of potential candidates with the requisite security clearances. While ensuring that GRS meets the quick-response demands of its IDIQ contracts, Diane is also responsible for a variety of advertising activities and job fairs.


Actually, all that is just what she does in her spare time. Diane concentrates her real energies on her four children and continuing education.
